When you’re on a Spiritual or Healing journey you know it’s best to focus on the light and positive side of all your adventures, but there comes a time when big life changes, transformation, or challenges, enter your life and it’s not always easy to stay in alignment with the light and positive thinking. Traveling through these hurdles can create some heavy and intense emotions around what’s happening then your brain becomes a broken record. You need to release these thoughts and burdens, but you do not want to focus on them or put them into the universe.
As the pressure and spiral of chaos continues to swirl in your mind, you know you need to release them but how? Venting your burdens and troubles to those around can leave you feeling like a burden because you don’t want to put these emotions, troubles, or burdens on them. You know these things are only temporary. Yet, the longer you hold onto these emotions, troubles, or burdens the more confusing and warped they become in your mind.
Getting to a point of exhaustion and a feeling like you are going to break you may try reaching out to friends and family which isn’t always easy. Especially if you’re spinning emotions involve them. They may have an opinion in the situation that can skew their perspective when offering advice. Usually, it is due to caring and wanting the best for you, but it may not be what you are needing in that moment.
As helpful as they are trying to be with all their advice, it can still leave you feeling unheard or in the same mental space as you arrived. You just wanted to fully express all your emotions without someone having a response ready to cheer you up. You just need someone to listen and to tell you your feelings are valid. Or you even end up comforting them because they take over the conversation with an example from their personal experiences that closely relates to what you’re going through.
Regardless, your feelings, emotions, and burdens are valid, and you deserve a safe space to exercise your Throat Chaka.
