Are you ready to dive into a deeper into your authenticity, embracing your uniqueness, and embrace the Light and Darks of yourself. Owning your Authenticity is a coaching program just for that.

This program is geared towards those that have been or currently are People Pleasers, but it is not a requirement. Anyone looking to step into their authenticity is welcome.

Everyone is beautifully unique, but when we live to please others you lose parts of your identity, desires, and worth. Relying on others to give value to your in life.

While it’s important to be in service to others, people pleasers often are doing to keep people from leaving them. This makes is it easier for others to use and abuse the people pleaser.

A people pleaser that’s trying to create boundaries are told by “Loved Ones” they are selfish for standing up for themselves. Which can turn into a very toxic back and forth.

At some point the toxic back and forth needs to end, but how?

It’s starts with breaking the conditioning that’s telling you, you are being selfish and that everyone will leave you. Accepting that those that you love may not be healthy for your mental health. And learning who you really are.

Most people pleasers are healers and care givers in their own way. Giving freely because that’s what their heart calls them to do, but that can attract the wrong people. A people pleaser normally experiences some form of abandonment or neglect that hard wires their thinking to just keep giving until there’s nothing left.

This coaching program is designed to empower you to look at the good and bad within you. To embrace who you are. Allow yourself to see all that is unique about you and explore your souls’ desire so that you can start to live more authentically in your life.

Teaching you to find value in yourself embrace your gifts.

Your uniqueness and giving heart in needed in this world. This program will help you use more discernment on who is deserving of that and to not give too much of yourself away.
